Neysa is a founding member of the Connected Communities practice at Intersection and previously worked with IBM Global Business Services Public Sector Strategy & Innovation practice. She began consulting after a decade in transportation and urban planning, focusing on enhancing public services and fostering economic opportunities for cities and regions across the U.S.

Neysa combines management expertise with a campaign-style approach, improving efficiencies, enhancing citizen experiences, and has raised billions for public infrastructure and services. She serves on the boards of transportation and environmental non-profits advancing equitable transportation and climate solutions, co-chaired the Digital Advisory Committee for Regional Plan Association’s Fourth Regional Plan, and has written extensively on transportation investment. Neysa holds a BS in Biology and Biochemistry from Calvin University and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from NYU.
